We solve the business, operations, reporting, and strategy problems that prevent agribusinesses from growing — across Ghana and West Africa.
The result is poor performance visibility, weak funding readiness, and stunted growth. AgriValue Advisory Consult exists to close that gap. We do not provide farming advice. We solve the business and operational problems behind the growth ceiling.
We support organisations across the agriculture value chain — from individual founders to institutional programs.

Each offer bundles multiple disciplines into a single client outcome — eliminating confusion, accelerating decisions, and delivering measurable results.
"Know exactly where you are losing money — fixed in 3 weeks."
"A bank- or donor-ready proposal and a team trained to implement it."
"A new buyer pipeline and a sales-ready team — within 60 days."
Agriculture often struggles not because of poor effort, but because of weak systems and unclear structure.

"To become the leading agribusiness systems and strategy advisory firm in Ghana and West Africa — known for transforming agriculture organisations from informal, fragmented operations into structured, profitable, and scalable business systems."
"To provide practical, locally rooted, and data-driven agribusiness advisory services that help agriculture organisations improve performance, attract funding, and scale sustainably."
Agriculture is the backbone of Ghana's economy and the livelihood of over 50% of its population. Its transformation will not happen through farming advice alone.
It will happen when the business systems, reporting infrastructure, market access capabilities, and funding readiness of agriculture organisations reach international standards. That is what AgriValue Advisory Consult is building — one client at a time, starting in Tamale, scaling across Ghana, and eventually serving the agriculture sectors of West Africa's most productive economies.
Sule didn't study agriculture from a classroom — he grew up on a farm. Raised in Bando, near Elmina, he lost his father at an early age and faced financial hardship so severe he burned charcoal to fund his own education. Instead of yielding, he turned every setback into fuel. He studied agriculture formally at secondary and college level, completed his national service with CSIR-SARI in Nyankpala, then spent 7 years as a Technical Field Specialist with Masara N'Arziki Farmers Association, followed by 3 years as a Commercial Business Partner Coordinator with Agricultural Labour Services Agency (ALSA) — not as an observer, but as someone doing the work.
That field experience grew into something sharper. Armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Valley View University and certification as a Certified Business Analyst, Sule moved into the systems and strategy side of agriculture — training technical staff and frontline teams for organisations including Babator Farming Company, building operational capacity where it was needed most. AgriValue Advisory Consult is the direct product of that journey: two decades of agriculture, business analysis, and people development, combined into one focused consulting practice.
From performance diagnostics and funding-ready proposals to market access strategy, dashboards, and team training — AgriValue Advisory Consult covers the full range of business support agriculture organisations need to grow.
